Job Description

The Hub Operations Agent II is the primary contact within the AIT Middle Mile Network Hub location for all customer service functions, freight inquiries and routing questions. The Hub Operations Agent I responsibilities include communication to the Hub Operations Supervisor of updated business requirements, processing outbound and inbound paperwork in accordance with AIT Worldwide Logistics' policies and procedures and ensuring DOT compliance.

As the first contact for all activities within the AIT Middle Mile Hub location, they are the first impression made upon customer, vendors, and other parties
