主な業務内容 コンテンツやユーザー情報の管理システムの開発に伴う仕様策定・設計・実装・テスト・リリース・運用 既存システムの改善、技術負債の返済、保守・運用・分析 ビジネス上の課題解決を目的とした技術調査・技術選定 求めるスキル・経験 最新の AI 支援開発ワークフローを活用した開発経験 サーバーサイドエンジニアとしての実務経験 2 年以上 Java と Golang、両方の開発経験 RDB と NoSQL、両方の設計経験 メンバーと協調して開発を進める姿勢 アジャイルソフトウェア開発宣言を元にする行動姿勢 スクラム理論を元にした開発を実践する意欲 チームの一員として積極的に貢献しようとする姿勢 JLPT／N1 の資格、またはそれに相当する日本語語学能力 歓迎するスキル・経験 基幹系システムの開発経験 Kotlin、JavaScript など複数のプログラミング言語での開発経験 アプリケーションアーキテクチャの設計経験 Spring、JPA (Hibernate) を用いた開発経験 Microservices アーキテクチャでの開発経験 MQ 等を利用した非同期処理での設計・開発経験 GraphQL・gRPC を利用した開発経験 並列・並行プログラミングでの開発経験 Git / GitHub を利用したチーム開発経験 DDD の考えに基づく設計・実装経験 SPA での Web サービスの設計・開発経験 運用を考えた仕様策定・設計・開発経験 DevOps の経験（特に Jenkins や Kubernetes） ユニットテストフレームワークを利用したテスト駆動開発経験 Web アプリケーションフレームワークやライブラリの開発経験 大規模サービスの開発経験（負荷を考慮した設計ができる方） 指示を待つのではなく、積極的に現実的な提案をして仕事を進められる方 OSS の公開・コントリビュートの経験 ゼロからサービス・システムを構築した経験 English We're looking for a Server-side Engineer to take a central role in developing U-NEXT's core systems — the back-end that manages content, user information, and the business logic that powers our video streaming platform. We expect engineers in this role to work fluently with modern, AI-assisted development workflows as a matter of course. What You'll Do Drive specification, design, implementation, testing, release, and operations for content- and user-management systems Improve existing systems, pay down technical debt, and run maintenance, operations, and analysis Lead technical research and selection focused on solving business problems What You Bring Development experience applying modern, AI-assisted development workflows 2+ years of professional experience as a server-side engineer Hands-on development experience with both Java and Golang Design experience with both RDB and NoSQL A collaborative mindset for team-based development Empathy and commitment to the Agile Manifesto A willingness to practice development based on Scrum theory A proactive attitude toward contributing as a team member JLPT N1 certification or equivalent Japanese language proficiency Nice to Have Experience developing enterprise / core systems Development experience across multiple languages such as Kotlin and JavaScript Application architecture design experience Development experience with Spring and JPA (Hibernate) Experience with microservices architectures Experience designing and developing asynchronous processing using MQ and similar tools Experience with GraphQL or gRPC Experience with parallel / concurrent programming Experience with team-based development using Git / GitHub Design and implementation experience based on DDD principles Experience designing and developing SPA-based web services Specification, design, and development experience with operability in mind DevOps experience (especially with Jenkins or Kubernetes) Test-driven development experience using unit testing frameworks Experience developing web application frameworks or libraries Experience with large-scale services (load-aware design) A self-starter who proposes realistic improvements rather than waiting for instructions OSS publishing and contribution experience Experience building services / systems from scratch
