Job Description

主要責務 ・P&L／BS／CFデータの集計および分析 ・月次・四半期の業績レポート作成 ・資金繰りデータ整理およびグループ内貸付・返済管理 ・銀行・金融機関対応資料の作成 ・予算策定および予実差異分析 ・グループ会社および関連部門との連携業務 資格要件

必須経験

  • 管理会計(事業計画策定管理、分析など）、または財務会計（経理業務）の実務経験
  • Excel/PPT/Word
  • グループ会社管理、またはグループ内での複数の事業会社
  • 部門との調整経験
  • 社内外のステークホルダーとの協働スキル

あれば尚可

  • 財務諸表（決算書）分析、単年度および中長期計画の策定など 会計ソフトの使用経験（SAP等）
  • 簿記１／２級などの会計関連資格
  • 連結決算、連結予算管理の経験
  • 監査法人、コンサルティング会社での勤務経験 （ex クライアント企業の財務
  • 管理会計業務の支援や業務改善に携わった経験)
