Software Engineer (AI Teammates Experience)

• We’re looking for an engineer who is passionate about AI, curious to learn about everything from how people interact with agents to prompt engineering
• Enjoy working in a highly cross-functional environment with product, design, and other engineering partners
• Have a track record of working with your team to scope and deliver impactful features
• Have 3+ years experience working across the stack within large, well-maintained codebases
• Have experience building product features in complex technical domains; experience with applied AI, prompting systems, evaluation/testing infrastructure, or agent-style workflows is a plus
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across functions
• Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
• Engage with your colleagues in a spirit of openness and curiosity
• Find AI fascinating and are excited about its potential to improve how people work
• Are able to bring structure, judgment, and collaboration to evolving AI/product challenges
