Job Description

Join Bally's Lincoln Casino Resort as a Staff Accountant. In this role, you will be responsible for financial accounting and reporting, gaming revenue and player account reconciliations, and compliance and regulatory reporting. You will need a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, 2-3 years of accounting experience, and advanced Excel skills. Experience in regulated gaming or casino environments is preferred. The target salary is $60,000 annually, depending on location, experience, and gaming industry expertise.

  • Prepare and enter daily, weekly, and monthly journal entries, assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
  • Reconcile gaming revenue, player balances, bonuses, and promotional activity, and investigate discrepancies.
  • Assist in preparing reports required by state gaming regulators and auditors, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations.
