• Identifying growth opportunities and influencing priorities by leveraging behavioral analytics, user research, and market trends.

• Experience creating scalable operational frameworks and documentation that improve organizational effectiveness and raise execution quality across teams
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and influence, with experience aligning cross-functional and executive stakeholders on complex and ambiguous initiatives
• Passion for mentoring peers and establishing scalable best practices across a team
• Deep expertise in behavioral analytics, experimentation strategy, conversion rate optimization, and translating insights into strategic recommendations
• Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, independently driving initiatives from concept through launch, measurement, and optimization
• Experience leveraging AI to accelerate marketing workflows and operational efficiency while applying sound judgment and governance
• Experience marketing technical B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or developer-focused products
• Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to evaluate tradeoffs, influence roadmap direction, and recommend investments based on business impact, scalability, and user needs
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute long-term web growth strategies that drive measurable business outcomes across acquisition, conversion, and pipeline generation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to independently present recommendations, business cases, and strategic insights to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
