Employee Engagement Program Manager

You will also track usage and feedback to improve content effectiveness. • Auditing and organizing employee-facing content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and ease of access.
• Writing, editing, and designing onboarding guides, templates, FAQs, and how-tos to enhance the employee experience.
• Tracking usage and feedback to measure the effectiveness of content and making improvements based on data.

• A sharp eye for content that’s outdated or hard to find
• Nice to have: experience with Notion, Confluence, Wikis
• Comfort building style guides and content standards
• Comfort tracking metrics like page views, clicks, comments, reactions
• Strong, clear, creative writing and editing skills
• 3 to 5 years in writing, content, or program coordination
