Group Product Manager (Lucie Platform)

As a Group Product Manager, you will lead the product strategy for the Lucie enrollment platform, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and managing a team of product managers. You will prioritize the enrollment platform roadmap, make resource trade-off decisions, and provide recommendations for product enhancements. This role requires excellent analytical skills, end-to-end thinking, and experience in people management and product management.

• Lead the product strategy for the Lucie enrollment platform, prioritizing the roadmap and balancing initiatives across growth, compliance, usability, and strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Data, and Design, to ensure effective resource allocation and alignment with product goals.
• Mentor and support a team of Product Managers, providing guidance on product development and enhancements.

• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data to identify opportunities, test theories and evaluate success
• Experience as an end-to-end thinker; the ability to look at a problem and create a solution all the way from top-level goals to smaller details
• 2+ years of people management experience
• 7+ years of product management experience
• Ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels and experience working across all levels of leadership using strong communication and structured thinking
