Senior Manager of People Operations & Employee Relations

Join as the Senior Manager of People Operations & Employee Relations. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing the People function, ensuring a world-class operation and employee experience. You will oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and handle performance conversations, payroll, benefits, and compliance. You will also have the opportunity to leverage AI to automate processes and improve efficiency. This is a fully remote position with competitive benefits, including unlimited PTO and company equity.

• You’ve run payroll, benefits, and multi-state leave for a distributed company, and you can walk us through what broke on your watch and how you caught it
• 6+ years in People Operations or HR, much of it hands-on at a fast-growing company
• You’ve built automations yourself, and you can show us one. You build the system so the question stops arriving
• You’ve owned employee relations cases end to end, and your documentation held up
• You’ve helped bring an HRIS or payroll system live, and you kept the data clean after
• Managers come to you before there’s a problem, because they trust you
• You’re hungry, you love building, and you care about the person on the other side of every ticket
• You’ve built a reputation for making the right call under pressure, and you speak for the People team with that same confidence. You can tell anyone no, including the CEO, and stand behind it
