GTM Enablement Program Manager (AI Content Infrastructure)

Join our team as a GTM Enablement Program Manager, where you will develop the strategy and infrastructure to power go-to-market content for our enterprise AI chatbot platform. You will design and deploy customized AI skills, architect prompt frameworks, and build agentic workflows to ensure our content remains accurate and fresh. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional leaders, manage the GTM content calendar, and measure the effectiveness of AI skills and generated assets. This role requires experience in technical enablement, GTM operations, and AI content management in a B2B SaaS environment.

• Développer la stratégie et l'infrastructure pour alimenter le contenu GTM de notre plateforme de chatbot AI.
• Concevoir, construire et déployer des "compétences" AI personnalisées qui exploitent notre référentiel de contenu interne.
• Collaborer avec les leaders interfonctionnels pour identifier les lacunes en matière de contenu et aligner les livrables pilotés par l'IA sur les priorités commerciales.

• Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make) and connecting disparate systems via APIs to build content feedback loops
• Experience building, configuring, or managing enterprise AI chatbots, agentic workflows, or AI-driven knowledge platforms
• Experience managing cross-functional programs, juggling multiple priorities simultaneously, and delivering against tight deadlines
• 5 years of experience in technical enablement, GTM operations, RevOps, or AI content management in a B2B SaaS environment
• Experience with prompt engineering and LLM behavior
• Experience in a cybersecurity environment
• Deep understanding of GTM motions, sales enablement best practices, and content lifecycle management
• Ability to use analytics to measure tool adoption, improve program outcomes, and prove ROI on AI initiatives
• Familiarity with modern sales enablement platforms and CMS architecture
• Strong ability to navigate ambiguity, experiment with bleeding-edge technology, and rapidly shift priorities
