Technical Product Expert (US Public Sector (East Coast))

Join Wiz, a leading cloud security company, as a Technical Product Expert. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical bridge between Wiz's product innovation and the specialized requirements of the US Public Sector. You will translate complex regulatory compliance rules into actionable product requirements, engage with federal customers, and lead the prioritization and design of features essential for U.S. Public Sector compliance and security. You will also maintain a dedicated Wiz4Gov roadmap and assist with the lifecycle of government-specific SKUs and license updates.

• Act as the primary technical bridge between Wiz’s product innovation and the specialized requirements of the US Public Sector and customers, translating complex regulatory compliance rules into actionable product requirements.
• Lead the prioritization and design of features essential for U.S. Public Sector compliance and security, advocating for Fed-Specific Features and ensuring that federal requirements are prioritized to maintain market authorization.
• Directly engage with new and existing federal customers, agencies, and mission owners to capture requirements and manage expectations, while maintaining end-to-end visibility of the feature pipeline.

• Proficiency with technologies such as micro-services, containers, Kubernetes, IaC (e.g., Terraform), Configuration Management, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to translate federal compliance requirements into technical solutions and outcomes for customers
• Deep knowledge of and ability to evaluate controls against NIST 800-53, DoD CC SRG, DISA STIGs, FIPS, and encryption methodologies
• 6+ years of experience working in Cloud (AWS preferred, other clouds a plus). Experience using cloud-native services and cloud security best practices
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret or higher security clearance (active clearance strongly preferred)
