Lead UI/UX Designer

Join Salesforce as a Lead UI/UX Designer, where you'll shape the future of Digital Success. In this role, you'll design intuitive and trustworthy digital experiences, translate complex product capabilities into clean UI designs, and prototype and test concepts rapidly. You'll also contribute to customer journey mapping, present design concepts to cross-functional partners, and oversee the design of multiple web, mobile, and in-app features. Additionally, you'll partner with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation and advocate for ethical, inclusive, and accessible designs.

• Strong proficiency in user-centered design methods and best practices
• Exceptional communication and active listening skills, fostering close, trusting relationships with stakeholders
• Proven experience in implementing design systems and producing style guides
• Holistic, system-level thinking with a deep understanding of multi-surface ecosystems and their impact on user experiences
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, persuade stakeholders, and achieve consensus in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
• Demonstrated success in managing and prioritizing multiple projects and diverse work streams simultaneously
• 5-7+ years of hands-on experience designing and leading B2C or B2B products and websites within cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design and prototyping tools, including emerging AI-assisted design workflows
• AI-assisted prototyping & vibe coding. Familiarity with tools like Claude, Cursor, or other AI coding assistants to rapidly turn ideas into interactive prototypes, explore solutions, and accelerate experimentation without relying on traditional development workflows
• Familiarity with AI-powered products, conversational UX, or emerging human-AI interaction patterns, with an interest in exploring how AI is reshaping digital experiences
• Front-End/CSS development experience
• Strong focus on usability and accessibility
