Senior Data & Analytics Product Strategic Operations Manager

Join our Data and Analytics (D&A) Product team as a Senior Manager, Data & Analytics Strategic Operations. In this role, you will drive critical cross-functional priorities and strategic initiatives, operating at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will lead cross-functional programs, establish and report key product and business metrics, and collaborate with various teams on key business cadences. This is an individual contributor role with full strategic authority and accountability for outcomes.

• Proven experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Legal and other go-to-market teams
• Professional certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives
• Process-driven with propensity to create and employ repeatable processes to complete tasks more efficiently
• 10+ years technical program management or 3+ years leading strategic programs at tier-one Tech/Consulting firms
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry
• Enterprise software/SaaS industry domain expertise with the ability to understand complex technology problems is a plus
