This role is perfect for self-starters who thrive on building relationships and are driven by the potential for significant earnings.
Your Day-to-Day:
Engage Directly:
Meet with potential clients face-to-face in their homes, building instant rapport and trust.
Needs Assessment:
Actively listen to understand each client's unique situation and insurance requirements.
Solution Presentation:
Clearly and effectively present tailored life insurance options that meet client needs.
Close Deals:
Confidently guide clients through the application and closing process, securing sales independently.
Activity Driven:
Proactively manage your daily schedule to maximize client interactions and achieve sales targets.
Travel:
This role involves regular travel within your designated territory.
Your Earning Potential:
This is a commission-only role with exceptional earning potential. Successful brokers can expect to earn between $200,000 and $1,000,000 annually, directly reflecting your performance and dedication. Your hard work and success will be directly rewarded.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 or older.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Must have reliable transportation.
Comfortable with direct, in-person customer engagement and building rapport quickly.
Resilient and able to maintain a positive attitude in the face of rejection.
Self-driven and highly motivated to manage your own schedule and activities.
