Your duties as a customer service officer will include: You'll respond to incoming phone calls and mails ; You'll gather the necessary information and check it's accuracy and completeness; You'll provide the needed technical support and communicate with the workshops; You'll update all the involved parties; You'll monitor the agreements ; You'll follow the contract-related issues up and respect the imposed deadlines. As a customer service officer you can recognise yourself in the criteria below:

Preferably you have gained a first experience in customer service; You can easily work with the computer, especially with MS Office ; You're a social person with strong communication skills ; You have attention to detail and are stress-resistant ; You work organised and have great organizational and time management skills ; You must speak fluently Dutch/Polish/English OR Polish/ German/ English OR English/ German/Dutch OR French/ German/ English You work the weekend + Friday shift OR during the week. You work 40 hours/ week between 07.00-22.00h.
