Act as the AML Compliance Officer and oversee the organisation's AML/CFT framework Supervise KYC, CDD, sanctions screening, PEP reviews and transaction monitoring activities Manage, coach and develop a team of 6 compliance professionals Review and validate complex investigations and escalate sensitive cases when required Maintain and enhance AML/CFT policies, procedures and internal controls Coordinate regulatory reporting, audits and compliance reviews Collaborate closely with legal, risk and operational teams to ensure regulatory compliance Unlimited right to work in Belgium is mandatory for this position : applications without a valid work permit will not be considered.

Degree in Law, Finance, Compliance, Risk Management or a related field Minimum 7 years of experience in AML/CFT, compliance or financial crime within financial services, payments or fintech Fluent in English; proficiency in French and/or Dutch is considered an advantage Strong knowledge of Belgian and European AML regulations, KYC/CDD, sanctions and transaction monitoring Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills Proven experience leading and developing compliance teams
