Develop analytical methods for biologic products using plate based assays (potency and process related impurities) and HPLC (size exclusion, ion exchange, reversed phase, etc.
Acquire and interpret data for molecule characterization and process development studies.
Maintain good documentation practices for recording experimental plans and results in electronic lab notebook and associated reports.
May support testing for mass spectrometry (LC-MS, LC-MS/MS, ToF, etc.).
Assist in troubleshooting of instrumentation and test methods.
Able to work well independently and in a team setting on assigned tasks, such as method development and testing.
Participate in group meetings, present results of work, interpret data, and draw conclusions regarding presented material and nature of work.
Work in collaboration with more senior scientists to design experiments and advance state-of-the-art techniques.
