組織，實施生產日常管理工作，全面完成公司下達的各項生產任務 2.有效組織日常生產，按公司保質要求保量完成每日定單的加工 3.全面掌握各項生產指標，按照公司的工藝和質量要求進行生產 4.按時做好各項生產統計工作，各項指標必須真實，數據來源務求可靠，如實反映車房生產 狀況 5.控制並降低生產損耗，提高生產效率 6.保證設備的正常運轉及加工用具（模具\測量器具等）的精度，監督組員做好設備的日常保 養，確保設備規範使用。 在設備出現故障時，採取快速有效的措施避免生產受到重大影響。 迅速發現並解決在生產過程中出現的異常情況 7.確保車房安全生產 8.強化車房的團隊建設，以有效的手段解決車房中產生的矛盾，不使矛盾激化影響正常的生 產 9.監督本班成員維持好5S，確保機器清潔，車間乾淨整潔 10.注意確保生產用物資領用量，如短缺及時 通知人員安排採購 11.了解當班員工的出勤情況，檢查組員上下班及用 膳時間，休息時間,合理安排員工的工作 崗位，按需協調合理安排人員加班。

並安排相互學習，培訓多技能工。 12.與上一班主管做好交接，處理上一班主管交代的工作 13.追踪脫期，預脫期定單及一班兩次查詢服務率，及時處理影響服務率的訂單 14.積極支持其他部門的工作，共同提高公司業務水平 15. 配合集團政策，完成各項任務。 職位要求 1.至少兩年以上鏡片生產經驗 2.受過眼鏡片加工的專業知識培訓 3.具備基本電腦應用軟件使用 (Excel, Word), 一定的電腦操作能力 4.具有組織,管理,協調,溝通能力,英語聽說讀寫 5.大專以上學歷 Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment​ We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
