AI Engineer

help an international organization scale by applying your expertise to engineering AI based software systems; apply and extend agentic frameworks such as LangGraph to build intelligent orchestration flows; design and execute advanced prompt-engineering strategies to optimise LLM performance; work hands-on with multi modal generative AI models and integrate them into applications; design and operate Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and hybrid search; implement, deploy and monitor solutions on Microsoft Azure; collaborate with product, design and engineering teams to translate ML prototypes into production services.

You need the following qualifications for the position of AI Engineer: a Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; proven experience with LangGraph or similar agentic frameworks and advanced prompt engineering; strong Python skills and experience working in development teams; hands‑on experience with RAG pipelines, vector DBs (e.g. Pinecone, Milvus, Azure Vector DB) and hybrid search.
