Associate Manager - Operations

As the Associate Manager - Operations, you will manage priorities in a customer-centered warehouse environment that generally has ten or less employees without additional levels of leadership on site and no people leaders as direct reports. You will have at least two or more direct reports, which can include Operations Associates, Drivers and/or an Administrative Coordinator. You will interact with other internal departments such as Sales in addition to external customer support and interactions.

You will provide customer service through order fulfilment and problem resolution. You will oversee key performance indictors (KPIs) to maintain and improve service quality.
