Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading a rotational shift maintenance team to safely and reliably execute maintenance activities that support plant operations. This position provides frontline leadership, coaching, mentoring, and workforce development to maintenance technicians while driving safety, reliability, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Maintenance Manager partners with Operations, Engineering, Planning, Reliability, and other departments to ensure maintenance activities are executed efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with business objectives.

This role is accountable for developing team capability, supporting succession planning, and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
