Position Responsibilities:

Lead negotiations of highly complex commercial agreements, including structuring, drafting, and negotiating technology, distribution, licensing and marketing contracts. Provide ongoing legal counseling to senior business executives in a wide range of legal areas, such as product development, intellectual property, digital media and regulatory compliance. Lead product or service counseling support and serve as an escalation point for more junior team members.

Serve as lead counsel and directly advise senior business executives on highly strategic deals. Resolve issues that arise in existing commercial relationships and handle pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries.

Position Requirements:

Juris doctorate degree or foreign equivalent degree and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have five years of experience in the following skill(s): (1) drafting and reviewing complex commercial matters, with transactional or product counseling experience; (2) reviewing laws and regulations and translating requirements to business teams; and (3) managing projects to completion, including working with legal professionals, business clients, and subject matter expertise. License to practice law in the U.S. or a foreign jurisdiction required.

40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $153,900/year to $208,200/year.
