Identify primary and secondary payers. Determine if services are in or out of network and alerts patients to cost differentials. Identify and meet third-party payer requirements of immediate admission notification, precertification, referral or authorization inclusive of party payer requirements of immediate admission notification, precertification, referral or authorization. Collect payment in full inclusive of co-payment and deposits. Prepare patient's chart. Communicate patient rights and responsibilities.
