Clinical Research Coordinator I, Psychiatry

Administer clinical tests and questionnaires as part of clinical research protocols (assessments of sleep, circadian rhythms, mental health, cognitive functioning). Data entry for clinical study protocols and preparation of reports. Assist in research coordination to include administrative support schedule coordination, intake and maintaining records/files.

Prepare documents for submission to Research Intake and IRB, including protocols and consent forms, working with faculty, residents, external sponsors and internal departments. Conduct and review recruitment activities, including community-based recruitment and activities in coordination with Psychiatry clinics. Work closely with participants to assist them through the various protocol elements of the research study.

Assist with administrative tasks associated with the program. This includes assistance with all various administrative tasks within the research program with a concentration surrounding purchasing and receipts. Knowledge, Skills Abilities:

Ability to navigate and use electronic databases effectively. Demonstrated strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability and willingness to work primarily in Nogales, Arizona.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to maintain accuracy and thoroughness when completing tasks.
