What you´ll do Collects and communicates data and basic observations to assigned Chemist/Scientist Ensures high data quality, consistency, and reproducibility Applies mathematical and statistical techniques relevant to adhesive product testing Proactively identifies and drives laboratory and process improvements Acts as an independent problem solver and process owner with minimal supervision Conducts all R D laboratory work in a safe manner including the use of proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), adherence to site safety practices, use of laboratory equipment, 5S, etc. Comfortable with a variety of curing and dispensing equipment
