Assists physicians during invasive cardiovascular procedures by performing scrub, circulating, and monitoring functions. - Monitors physiologic and hemodynamic data throughout procedures. - Prepares procedure rooms, equipment, instruments, and supplies. - Maintains sterile technique and complies with infection prevention and radiation safety standards. - Assists with patient preparation, positioning, and post-procedure care. - Maintains inventory and par levels for equipment and supplies. - Participates in quality improvement, performance improvement, and patient safety initiatives. - Assists with orientation and training of new staff. - Completes accurate procedural documentation and performs other duties as assigned.
