Supervisor Facility Operations-Plant Maintenance

The Supervisor Facility Operations ensures the safe, efficient, and compliant daily operation and maintenance of healthcare facilities to support patient care and operational reliability. This role oversees facility maintenance staff, coordinates preventive and corrective work, and ensures compliance with regulatory and safety standards. Performs other duties as assigned.

All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or operations, preferably in a healthcare or similar regulated environment.Valid driver's license.
