Job Description
  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. - Five (5) or more years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or HR Coordination, including hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, onboarding coordination, and HRIS/ATS system administration. - Experience with applicant tracking, HR, or payroll systems; iCIMS experience strongly preferred. - Experience in manufacturing, high-tech, or biotech industries preferred.
