Job Description
The Facilities Specialist is responsible for the operation, maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of building systems, utilities, and facility infrastructure within commercial, industrial, laboratory, or manufacturing environments. This role provides technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, controls, fire protection, utility, and Building Automation System (BAS) operations to ensure facility systems perform safely, efficiently, and reliably.
