Manager, Claims

AmTrust Financial Services, a fast growing commercial insurance company, has an need for a subrogation Claims Manager. The successful candidate will supervise a team of Claims Adjusters. Their supervision will include coaching and counseling, monitoring work performance to assure compliance with company standards as well as Labor Code rules and regulations, helping to refine the skills of the people in the unit, conducting performance evaluations, and instituting corrective action when appropriate.
