Front Desk Agent

Working directly with guests at Homewood Suites Washington DC, this position responds in a professional and courteous manner to arriving, departing and in-house guests by providing accurate and timely information and services. Success in this role means in a lobby that reflects the warmth and practicality DC extended-stay travelers have come to expect. The result is a front desk agent who is as much a part of the Capitol Riverfront community as the guests themselves.
