Senior Manager, Customer Marketing

Join CoderPad, a company on a mission to improve the technical interviewing experience and create a more inclusive tech community. As the first customer marketer, you will own the customer marketing plan and execute it hands-on, driving expansion pipeline and fueling adoption. You will also build our advocacy engine, run customer events, and our Customer Advisory Board. This role requires 6+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with a track record of owning an expansion pipeline or revenue number.

• Own the customer marketing plan and execute it hands-on to turn the installed base into a predictable source of expansion pipeline.
• Drive expansion pipeline by owning the self-serve-to-Enterprise upgrade marketing motion and building one-to-many expansion programs for Enterprise customers.
• Build lifecycle programs that support Customer Success in getting customers to value, and work with Product Marketing to turn new features into customer-facing campaigns.
