Marketing Event Manager (Contract)

Join Regard, a healthcare technology company on a mission to bring world-class healthcare to everyone. As a Marketing Event Manager, you will own and elevate our event programs, including customer summits, executive events, product launches, and major industry conferences. You will work closely with partners across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to create experiences that strengthen customer relationships and drive business impact. This is a 6-month contract position with the potential for a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

• Plan and execute Regard's core event portfolio, including customer summits, executive experiences, and major industry conferences.
• Independently lead new event initiatives end-to-end, shaping project plans, coordinating stakeholders, managing execution, and driving post-event evaluation.
• Manage day-to-day event logistics: venue and vendor coordination, production, AV, catering, registration, travel, and on-site operations.
