Specialist - Compliance

Join our team as a Compliance Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to BSA/AML regulations and internal controls. Your responsibilities will include conducting daily audits, preparing reports, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in the development of internal controls and policies. You will also support employee compliance training programs and liaise with internal and external auditors. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to customer service.

• Accurately and efficiently perform the daily BSA/AML audit, utilizing internal tracking software and all available casino information to ensure complete, property-wide adherence.
• Review and research casino documentation for transactions that may result in the filing of SARs, and prepare CTRs and SARs for review by the Compliance Manager/BSA Officer.
• Assist in the development of related internal controls, policies and procedures, and perform various audits as required by MGCMICS.
