Junior Brand Designer

Join our design team as a Junior Brand Designer, focusing on our family of furniture brands. You'll create paid creative for various platforms, design email and campaign work, and contribute to seasonal moments. We're looking for a designer with a strong eye for type, composition, and imagery, who is curious about AI tools. This role reports to the Senior Manager Creative Operations and involves collaboration with multiple teams.

• Are well-versed in Figma and Photoshop, and solid in Illustrator and InDesign
• Take direction well: you can hear "not this," go back to the brief, and return with something better
• Have a basic understanding of paid creative: product legibility at small sizes, platform safe zones, hooks, and testing
• Are comfortable in Slack, Google Workspace, and Asana (a plus)
• Collaborate well across teams, with a low-ego, no-drama approach to getting things done
• Have some hands-on experience with AI design and image tools (such as Firefly, Midjourney, Gemini, or Claude), with a clear point of view on where they help and where they don't
• Have 2-4 years of hands-on design experience in-house or at an agency, with retail, e-commerce, or DTC preferred
• Have a portfolio that shows range: more than one distinct brand system, strong typography and composition, and paid social alongside brand work
• Onus points if you also have experience with motion design, video editing, or short form social. Additional bonus points if you have experience with a DAM (we use Air), illustration skills, copywriting, or 3D
