Director of Accounting

You will lead the month-end close, manage the annual financial statement audit, and serve as the primary liaison for external tax advisors and Treasury. • Active CPA and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial management experience, including 5+ years leading a team
• Proficiency with NetSuite or a comparable enterprise ERP, plus advanced Excel
• Direct experience leading external financial statement audits end to end, including PBC management
• Deep, hands-on experience with month-end close, financial consolidation, and GAAP compliance in a multi-entity organization
• Working knowledge of the COSO framework and PCAOB standards related to ICFR, with experience designing and testing internal controls
• Experience in financial services, consumer lending, or credit card issuing and servicing, especially with sponsor bank models, card networks, or payment processors
• Experience with Snowflake, SQL, or a BI tool like Tableau
• A track record of bringing AI or automation into accounting workflows
