As a Sales Associate in our new flagship store in Chicago, you will provide outstanding customer service, maximize sales opportunities, and manage stock and back-office operations. You will be part of a small team and play a key role in establishing a strong local presence for the brand.

• Act as a member of the sales team, offering excellent customer service, developing and maximizing sales opportunities while ensuring customer retention.
• Maintain a constant knowledge of the stock that is available in the store and elsewhere, ensuring that stock is properly stored and handled.
• Contribute to the compilation, maintenance, and utilization of an accurate customer database in support of CRM initiatives.
