Currently we are seeking a candidate to join our United States Generator Rental team as a Diesel Mechanic.

• This position may also require but not limited to the following duties, field service repairs, re-fueling, delivering and picking up portable generators, technical support and some travel as needed.
• JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Trouble shoot and makes repairs to generator fleet.
• Working with operations manager and generator fleet manager to prioritize repairs Ordering of parts for repairs Must be able to operate a forklift Must be able to assist field operations when needed.
• Ability to drive a company vehicle.

On call rotation once approved to work in field COMPETENCIES/REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have extensive knowledge of diesel engines Generator experience a plus.
• Is able to read and interpret wiring diagrams Working knowledge of both Isuzu, Cat, Cummins, Doosan, MQ, MMD, Volvo, and John Deere engines and generators a plus.
• Able to use computer and related software to trouble shoot engine and generator controls Must have mechanical background.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
