Fleet Maintenance Mechanic Location

Position Summary

Feeser's is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Mechanic to join our maintenance team. This role is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and inspections on diesel trucks, trailers, and refrigeration equipment. Unlike many fleet shops, our focus is on quality repairs and preventative maintenance rather than high-volume production.

Mechanics can expect a steady workload, guaranteed hours, and a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance on diesel trucks, trailers, and refrigeration units Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, fuel, brake, suspension, and drivetrain systems Troubleshoot equipment using diagnostic software and tools Repair or replace components including axles, bearings, hubs, lighting systems, and air brake components Perform trailer inspections and repairs Install and repair liftgates, reefer units, ramps, and aftermarket equipment Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records Follow DOT and company safety standards Work collaboratively with team members and ask for assistance when needed Preferred Diagnostic Experience Experience with any of the following systems is highly preferred:
