Coach and develop a team of 10 technical specialists Organise and oversee the daily planning of the technical office Provide technical advice to clients, project managers and internal teams Prepare and validate cost calculations and technical quotations Analyse technical drawings, specifications and client requirements Manage client communication regarding ongoing orders and changes Drive process improvements and automation initiatives Master's degree in civil engineering, architecture or a technical field Minimum 8 years of proven experience in a technical office environment Native Dutch speaker with good command of English and French Strong analytical mindset with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach Excellent written and verbal communication skills Initial experience in team management or coaching is required
