Een MBO 1- tot MBO 3-diploma (in de zorg of welzijn) of relevante werkervaring. Je bent in staat om zelfstandig te communiceren met cliënten en hun naasten, wanneer dat nodig is. Je bent betrouwbaar, punctueel en brengt rust in de thuissituatie. Je bent alert, herkent veranderingen in de toestand van een cliënt en weet hoe je hierover moet rapporteren. Je woont of werkt in Zwolle en kunt je zelfstandig per fiets verplaatsen.
