Senior Solution Sales Executive - Strategic Retail - Moveworks

This role will support a highly strategic portfolio of approximately seven large-scale, household-name retail and consumer brands. The territory includes some of the largest and most complex organizations in their respective segments, spanning global food and beverage, retail, restaurant, and home improvement.

The Senior Solution Sales Executive will drive market success for ServiceNow's Moveworks solutions across these strategic accounts. This is a specialist sales role focused on helping large enterprises transform how employees find information and get work done through enterprise AI, intelligent search, and agentic automation across business systems and workflows.

Moveworks opportunities can span IT, HR, Finance, Procurement, Operations, and other enterprise functions, with buying groups that may include CIOs, CHROs, CFO/Finance leaders, functional executives, IT operations leaders, enterprise architects, and AI/transformation leaders.

• Drive the Moveworks sales strategy and execution across a focused portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
• Partner with Account Executives and account teams to identify and develop enterprise AI opportunities across IT, HR, Finance, Procurement, and other business functions.
• Engage senior executives and business leaders, connecting AI, enterprise search, and automation to measurable business outcomes.
• Lead consultative discovery, develop compelling use cases, and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
• Partner with Solution Consultants and technical teams to deliver a differentiated solution strategy and win.
• Enable account teams to identify Moveworks opportunities and accelerate adoption and expansion.
