Billing & Contracting Specialist

We are seeking a Billing & Contracting Specialist to join our team! The Billing & Contracting Specialist is responsible for managing billing, invoicing, payment support, and contract administration activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, reconcile, and process vendor invoices; investigate discrepancies and coordinate resolution with vendors and internal partners.
• Create, distribute, and maintain accurate client invoices, payment records, ACH information, and account reconciliations.
• Respond to billing and payment inquiries.
• Draft, revise, and coordinate contracts, amendments, and related documentation.
• Facilitate internal contract reviews and support the timely execution, filing, and organization of agreements and supporting records.
• Create and maintain policy records, ensuring system information aligns with executed agreements and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
• 1+ years of experience in billing, invoicing, contract administration, accounting support, client operations, or a related business environment.
