Job Description
About SkinnyDipped
Located in Seattle Washington, SkinnyDipped was founded by a mom and daughter and her two best friends after realizing that nothing is more important than time spent with the ones you love. Starting out of their Seattle kitchen, the four women created SkinnyDipped: thinly-dipped chocolate almonds that are exceptionally good-for-you and ridiculously delicious. The company is proud to remain a women-led business driven by the belief that healthy snacking should make both you and your body happy.

Conduct post-promotional analysis and make adjustments as needed to deliver net sales targets. Implement strategies to balance trade spend with profitability goals, minimizing waste and maximizing promotional impact.
- Manage Broker & Distributor Partner Sales Execution: Collaborate with broker and foodservice distributor partners to optimize the business. Set KPIs and leverage scorecarding to ensure sales targets are achieved. Monitor partner performance, conduct regular business reviews, and implement corrective actions to ensure consistent market penetration and sales growth.
- Channel Strategy & Development: Partner with the Director, Foodservice & Away From Home to help finalize and prioritize the channel mix, identifying the highest-opportunity sub-channels and customers as the business scales.
- GPO Partnerships: Support and grow the GPO partnerships, including Foodbuy, Premier, and Entegra, to drive operator adoption and sales growth. Partner with GPO teams on promotions, operator outreach, and program visibility to get the most out of each partnership.
- Forecasting: Deliver accurate and timely sales forecasts to inform production planning, inventory management, and financial projections. Utilize data-driven insights from CRM systems, market reports, and retailer/operator feedback to refine forecasting models and improve accuracy. Present forecasts to senior leadership, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Attend customer meetings, trade shows, and broker meetings: must have the ability to travel up to 50%+ of time, as business needs necessitate.
