About Us

Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts (PPLM) is the state’s leading provider of sexual and reproductive health care, nationally recognized for education and research. Our mission: ensure everyone in Massachusetts has access to compassionate, judgment-free care and education. We operate four health centers and offer telehealth statewide as part of a network of 600 Planned Parenthood affiliates nationwide.

Position Summary

The Major Gifts Officer (MGO) plays a critical role in advancing the missions of Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts (PPLM) and Planned Parenthood Advocacy Fund of Massachusetts (PPAF) by building meaningful relationships with donors and supporters who are passionate about reproductive health, rights, and justice.

Through thoughtful cultivation, strategic engagement, and personalized stewardship, the MGO inspires investment in the organizations' efforts to expand access to care, strengthen advocacy, and advance reproductive freedom across Massachusetts.
