Job Description

仕事内容 光集積回路の設計 光導波路シミュレーションソフトウェア（FDTD、EME等)を使用し、光集積回路を設計する。 製造プロセスの選択 社内外のファウンダリから、設計した光集積回路に適したものを選択し、詳細な製作仕様を取り決める。 光デバイスの評価 試作した光集積回路や複合光デバイスを評価し、設計にフィードバックをかける。

求める経験 Must： 1. 光デバイス(レーザ、変調器、受光素子、スイッチ、スプリッタ、 波長合分波器等） に関する知識がある。 2. シミュレーションツール(Photon Design, COMSOL 等) による光導波路の 設計経験がある。 3. チームワークとコミュニケーションを大切にする。

Want： 光デバイスに関連した学士号、修士号、博士号を取得。
