Senior Compensation Partner

Join our team as a Senior Compensation Partner, where you will serve as a strategic advisor and subject-matter expert on compensation-related matters. You will provide advanced compensation consultation, manage complex compensation scenarios, and support the design and execution of company-wide compensation programs. You will partner with People Business Partners and business leaders to deliver strategic compensation guidance, lead complex job evaluations and market pricing activities, and support the design and execution of global compensation programs. Additionally, you will provide data-driven insights to senior leadership, help evolve job architecture and salary structures, advise on compensation governance and compliance, and contribute to compensation communication strategies.

• Servir como asesor estratégico y experto en la materia para líderes de personas y negocios en asuntos relacionados con la compensación.
• Gestionar escenarios de compensación complejos y apoyar el diseño y la ejecución de programas de compensación a nivel de empresa.
• Liderar evaluaciones de trabajo complejas y actividades de fijación de precios de mercado utilizando encuestas de la industria y referencias internas.

• ​Familiarity with compensation regulations (FLSA, Pay Equity, Transparency Laws)
• 5–7 years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or HR business partnering with a compensation focus
• ​Deep knowledge of compensation tools, market surveys (e.g., Radford, Mercer), and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday)
• ​Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field
• ​Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
• ​Strong business acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
