Senior Manager of FP&A

• Oversee annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning cycles for assigned functions or business lines.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership, including scenario modeling and strategic insights.
• Lead cross-functional financial reviews and drive alignment between financial results and business strategy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA strongly preferred
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic business analysis
• Proven experience managing financial planning cycles and delivering actionable business insights
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite
• Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and planning/reporting tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Power BI)
