Senior iOS Engineer (Crypto Perpetuals)

Join Robinhood's Crypto Perpetuals team as a Senior iOS Engineer. You'll design and build high-performance mobile experiences for crypto trading, collaborating closely with product, design, and backend engineering teams. Your work will directly impact how active traders engage with Robinhood's crypto platform.

• Design and implement scalable iOS application architecture that supports advanced crypto trading experiences used by Robinhood's most active investors.
• Partner with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and data teams to deliver fast, reliable, and intuitive pro-grade trading tools on mobile.
• Lead technical planning and provide guidance during system design reviews, implementation discussions, and incident resolution efforts for high-stakes trading features.

• 6+ years of professional experience developing iOS applications
• Extensive experience building and maintaining large-scale iOS applications using Swift and modern iOS development frameworks
• Experience working on financial platforms, trading systems, or real-time market data products (preferred)
• This position is restricted to US citizens or lawful permanent residents
• Experience leading technical initiatives across multiple teams and balancing short-term delivery needs with long-term platform improvements
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product, design, backend, and infrastructure partners to deliver customer-focused technical solutions
• Experience designing mobile systems with clear architecture patterns, scalable component design, and maintainable testing strategies — particularly for data-intensive or real-time use cases
• Clear communication skills and ability to translate complex trading concepts into intuitive mobile experiences
