• Guiding business owners through the diverse world of products, helping them realize their full potential in expanding their businesses.
• Combining analytics and user insights to develop and optimize acquisition and customer marketing strategies to drive revenue.
• Collaborating with product and marketing teams to develop effective product marketing strategies based on customer insights and competitive analysis.

• Experience with small business owners; home service business trades preferred
• Proven experience driving team efficiency or output quality through the strategic use of AI tools and automation
• Experience and understanding of go-to-market strategies, approaches, and levers
• Experience planning and executing integrated go-to-market campaigns across multiple marketing channels
• Creative problem-solver, motivated to test and learn
• Proven track record of collaborating cross-functionally to achieve shared KPIs
• 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing or a related field
• Empathy for the customer
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent work experience
• Strong copywriting skills with an ability to translate complex material into comprehensible insights
• Excellent communication skills
• Prompt attention to detail
• A multi-dimensional background with a breadth of cross-functional interests or depth of specialized mastery
• Personal resilience to learn from scratch, and successfully thrive in ambiguity
